Dr. Terry Billings and Dr. Emily Levy are a father-daughter dental team located in the heart of Metairie. Dr. Billings and Dr. Levy are both graduates of LSU School of Dentistry, and the office has been proudly serving patients and their families for 42 years.

Their general dentistry practice focuses on comprehensive dental health and wellness, as well as the treatment of craniofacial pain (TMJ disorders) and sleep breathing disorders for adults and children. They and their staff strive to provide a concierge-level experience, focused on the patient’s chief complaints and overall dental wellbeing. They are proud to be treating 4th generations of patients.

As a general dentistry practice, they and their team treat patients for routine wellness visits, dental decay, dental surgeries, cosmetic dentistry, laser dentistry, cavity prevention, early intervention orthopedic growth in children, and orthodontics.

Dr. Billings and Dr. Levy have also had extensive continuing education training in the fields of craniofacial pain and sleep breathing disorders. They treat adults and children suffering with these conditions as the TMJ and Sleep Therapy Centre of New Orleans, part of a group of over 70 offices in 7 countries worldwide. In practice, they treat patients suffering with snoring, clenching, grinding, jaw pain, headaches, neck pain, facial pain, ear stuffiness and ringing, CPAP intolerance, difficulty opening, jaw locking, and disrupted sleep.

Dr. Billings has earned Diplomate status in both the American Board of Craniofacial pain and the American Board of Craniofacial Dental Sleep Medicine. He is the only such credentialed specialist in the state of Louisiana. He also earned Fellow status in the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain and the International Association for Orthodontics.

Dr. Levy has earned Fellow status in the International Association of Orofacial Myology. She is on pace to achieve Fellow status in the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain, as well as additional board certifications.

Their dedicated team, most of whom have worked with them for over 25 years, continue to provide the quality service and attentiveness that our patients have come to expect.

Their office would be delighted to serve either as your primary dental home or to treat specifically for a TMJ disorder or sleep breathing disorder. They welcome adults and children of all ages.
