Empire Gymnastics was built for families, by a family over 20 years ago with the sole purpose of providing a fun place for kids to learn, grow, and thrive. We believe in committing to our students, providing value & transparency for our parents, continuously supporting & training our staff, respecting the art & science of learning, and elevating the sporting of gymnastics.
Empire offers students of all ages the chance to defy gravity in a safe environment with a uniquely structured system that blends the art & science of movement and emphasizes proper skill development. We aim to provide every participant the opportunity to excel not only in gymnastics but also in life! We strive to inspire dreams, build self-confidence, & help students achieve their goals so they experience success in all aspects of life.
It’s our vision to be seen as the place to go for quality gymnastics instruction and personal development. We want to foster an environment where our students are not afraid to try & fail because they understand that mistakes are part of the learning process, and we only grow when we have the courage to get up & try again!
Empire has a variety of student-focused programs that allow participants to have fun while learning & building character through the physical and mental challenges of this sport:
