Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy is an open-enrollment public charter school in Jefferson Parish, serving students from Pre-K through 12th grade. Kenner Discovery has a strong academic program and consistently receives A or B ratings from the Department of Education. Our robust academic program, integration of health sciences, and strong athletic program enable students to discover their talents, explore opportunities, and achieve success. Kenner Discovery has a strong school culture with an active student body. We offer sports teams, clubs, and extensive co-curricular coursework.
Kenner Discovery has a new high school campus that complements the innovative curriculum. The high school campus features nine science labs, including an Ochsner Hospital Simulation Lab, performance art and fine art studios, a spacious library, and a large cafeteria. The Discovery Arts & Athletic Performance Center opens in the spring and will be an exciting expansion to our campus.
